Shop Policy

Our Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days excluding weekends and holidays.

Order Confirmation

Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an email confirmation. If you require any changes to your order, please contact the shop by email at info@wildlilee.com within 1-4 hours after placing your order. Once your order has been processed and shipped, we are no longer able to make any changes.

Shipping

We use Canada Post as our main shipping carrier and only ship within North America. Due to the pandemic, you may experience delays or longer shipping times. Please contact Canada Post directly if you have not received your package within the expected shipping time as outline by Canada Post.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped. If you have selected tracked shipping, your tracking number will be located in your shipping notification. We also offer free tracked shipping on all orders above $99CAD.

Note* All shipping methods and charges will be calculated at check out.

Local Pick Up

We offer local pick up at the College Square Mall located on 1377 Woodroffe Ave, Nepean, ON K2G 1V7. Once selected and processing has been completed you will receive an email notification. Once your order is ready for pick up, one of our team members will be reaching out to arrange a date and time for pick up.

Note* If you have selected an unsupported accelerated checkout method, local pick up will not be available.

Return and Exchanges

We currently do not accept any returns or exchanges at this time. If there is an issue with the item that you have received due to material defects, breakage, malfunction and receiving an incorrect order, please contact us directly at info@wildlilee.com within 7 business days upon recieving your item. We will replace or repair on a one time basis to the original purchaser. Return and Exchange cases only apply to online purchases.

Lost or Damaged Items

Once your package has been handed over to Canada Post, we are no longer held responsible for any lost or damaged items. We recommend contacting Canada Post directly to resolve any issues. If you have received an item due to material defects, breakage and malfunction, please refer to our Return and Exchange policy.
